Mostly the stupid blue hat. its only worth it on sale and if you use mods.. The clothing options only replace the base game ones. They do not add more. I bought this assuming there would be more choices. There isnt. They just replace the old ones and they dont even look as good as the old ones. Complete waste of money. Dont buy it.. It is awsome!. But, It's a shame that you have to paid for it, aswell as for the others DLC (that, in fact, are, in general, not useful... And I've paid for them!, but unchecked them - yes, yes, it's my personal pov)
